Soft Tissue Therapy is more than just sports massage; it is a person-centred approach. This appointment includes an evaluation of symptoms, postural analysis, massage treatment, and recommended exercises, as well as aftercare. Techniques used may include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, MET, NMT and STRs. Whatever is suitable following your treatment plan. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Treatment Appointments Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your appointment can be made free of charge. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment will incur a 75% late cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will be charged the full fee (100%). Please note that refunds, transfers, or exchanges cannot be offered due to illness or other personal circumstances, as your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you and cannot be filled at short notice.
