Service Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ OUR COVID 19 POLICY BEFORE BOOKING
This policy is to be read in line with our Terms and Conditions
In order to comply with government guidelines for indoor and outdoor activities, only 1 adult is permitted to attend a class with a baby/child under 5.
If you or your baby/child are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been in close contact with someone who has, please DO NOT attend classes. Please follow government guidelines regarding isolation.
In the circumstance of a local or national lockdown, your booked parents and baby wellbeing sessions will continue online for the duration of the government-guided lockdown. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund classes in these circumstances which is why current terms are only booked 6 weeks indoor classes at a time.
By booking you give us permission to pass on your details to the NHS Track and Trace Service as required.
In line with government guidance we recommend adults wear a face covering to arrive and leave our venues and when the therapist visits for treatments within the home. Babies DO NOT require a face mask.
