Prices is for couples of 2 people, if you would like a group booking, please contact us directly. Payment is due 7 days before the booking or at the time of booking if less than 7 days. Please only book with at least 48 hours ' notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Private Couples Massage Workshops Cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period: If you cancel your workshop booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation (the day of booking is day 1), you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid, without giving any reason. Cancellations outside of the 14-day cooling-off period: After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. Private Couples Massage Workshops – Cancellation Policy Cancellations outside of the 14-day cooling-off period: After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made up to 7 days before your workshop – full refund or reschedule to an alternative date. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before your workshop – 50% late cancellation fee or reschedule to an alternative date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, or no-shows, – 100% fee retained. 2. Group Massage Workshops – Cancellation Policy Cancellations made up to 7 days before the workshop – full refund. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before – 50% late cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, or no-shows, – 100% fee retained. Once a workshop or course has started, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be offered. Please note, refunds or transfers cannot be provided due to illness or personal circumstances, as spaces are limited and held specifically for you.
