Bookings: Appointments may be schedule using our online booking system Fresha.com or by phoning 07521973903.
Cancellation Policy: We know sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided, but if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or re-schedule an appointment we reserve the right to charge a 50% treatment fee or 75% of the treatments if we arrive and you are not home.
Mobile Service Arrival: Your Therapist will aim to arrive a minimum of 10 - 15 minutes before you’re appointment time to allow time to set up for your treatments. For all first time clients we will ask you to complete a full treatment consultation form including your contact details for insurance purposes.
Arrival to Pure Rejuvenation's Wellness Hub: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Lateness: We know sometimes things don't go to plan and you can run late however if running more than 15 minutes late this can impact on your treatment time and day ahead. Please advise as soon as possible of any delay. After 15 minutes lateness the cancellation policy will be enforced.
Pregnancy and Medication: Please advice at time of booking if your either pregnant, taking medication or undergoing medical treatment to ensure your chosen treatment is suitable. We have specially designed treatments for for clients that have or had Cancer treatment, expectant and nursing mothers.
Gift Cards: Our gift cards are available for treatments and monetary values. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue not including limited edition vouchers which will be stated at time of booking.
