Pure Rejuvenation — Services, Classes & Online Product Sales

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of treatments, classes, courses, mobile services and products by Pure Rejuvenation.
By booking, purchasing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About These Terms
1.1 What these terms cover
These terms apply to the supply of:

hands-on treatments
-
parent & baby classes
-
couples workshops
-
in-person and online courses
-
mobile appointments
-
treatment-linked skincare and other products
-
all related services (together, the Services) to you as a consumer.
1.2 Who we are
Pure Rejuvenation is an independent sole trader business owned and operated by Naomi Jacobs.
Throughout these terms:

“we”, “us”, “our” means Pure Rejuvenation

“you” means the client or customer

2. Formation of Contract
2.1 When the contract begins
A contract between you and Pure Rejuvenation is formed when we confirm acceptance of your:

booking
-
order
-
course enrolment
usually by email or booking confirmation.
2.2 If we cannot accept your order or booking
We reserve the right to refuse any booking or order. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
2.3 Subcontractors
Services may occasionally be delivered by suitably qualified subcontracted therapists or instructors. Your contract remains with Pure Rejuvenation.
2.4 Repeated cancellations or misuse
We reserve the right to decline future bookings where there are:

repeated late cancellations
-
non-attendance
-
inappropriate behaviour
-
serious breach of these Terms
This will always be applied fairly and proportionately.
3. Our Services
3.1 Service descriptions
Service descriptions on our website are for guidance only. Minor variations may occur while maintaining professional standards.
3.2 Health responsibility
By booking or attending a Service you confirm:

you have provided accurate health information
-
participation is appropriate for you (and your child where relevant)
-
you will inform us of any changes to your health
We are not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow advice.
3.3 Parental responsibility (baby classes)
For baby massage or baby yoga:
-
a parent or legal guardian must attend at all times
-
the adult remains fully responsible for the child
-
Pure Rejuvenation does not assume parental responsibility
3.4 Illness policy
You or your child must not attend if unwell, including symptoms of contagious illness (e.g. fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, chickenpox, hand foot and mouth, Covid-19).
We may refuse attendance where illness is suspected.
4. Mobile Appointments
Where treatments are provided in homes, offices, hotels or events:

the venue must be safe, clean and suitable
-
adequate space must be available
-
parking or access costs may apply
-
we may refuse or stop treatment if safety or professional boundaries are compromised
If the environment is unsuitable on arrival, the full fee may still be payable.
5. Online Product Sales
5.1 Product availability
Products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or amend products at any time.
5.2 Product images
We aim to display products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown on your device.
5.3 Geographic area
Online product sales are intended for customers within the United Kingdom.
5.4 Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

Delivery charges are shown at checkout

Payment must be made in full at the time of order

We use secure third-party payment processors
5.5 Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered or collected.
5.6 Click & Collect and local delivery
Where offered:

Click & Collect is by appointment only
-
Local delivery in Mayland may be available
-
Someone must be available to receive delivery
-
Additional delivery attempts may incur charges
6. Returns and Refunds (Products)
6.1 Your statutory right
For online purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to the conditions below.
6.2 Hygiene exemption
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
-
opened skincare
-
oils or creams
-
sealed hygiene products once unsealed unless faulty.
6.3 Faulty goods
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
6.4 Return process
You must contact us before returning any item. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
7. Courses and Digital Content
Where you purchase online courses or digital materials:

access is personal and non-transferable
-
by accessing digital content you request immediate supply
-
you acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is lost once access begins
-
refunds are not normally provided once accessed, except where required by law
All course materials remain our intellectual property.
8. Cancellation of Appointments and Classes
Our current Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings (see separate page).
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Rejuvenation is not liable for:

indirect or consequential losses

loss of business or profits
-
issues arising from misuse of products
-
failure to follow professional advice
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, severe weather, venue closures, or transport disruptions.
11. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Other Important Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
