Service Description
Feel supported through every stage of your pregnancy journey with a tailored massage session. Your first appointment includes a full case history, treatment, and aftercare advice. Techniques are adapted for your trimester and may include gentle exercises, visualisations, and breathing support. From 37 weeks, pressure points can help encourage natural labour unless your baby is breech or you have a planned C-section. Postnatal massage aids relaxation and recovery in the fourth trimester, with timing adjusted for cesarean births as advised by your GP or midwife.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Treatment Appointments Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your appointment can be made free of charge. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment will incur a 75% late cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will be charged the full fee (100%). Please note that refunds, transfers, or exchanges cannot be offered due to illness or other personal circumstances, as your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you and cannot be filled at short notice.
