Service Description
Areas covered and surrounding: Maldon CM9 Danbury CM3 South Woodham Ferrers CM3 The therapist will arrive at all appointments with oils, a massage table or a Chair. Clients are to provide at least 2 large towels and a clean, heated area measuring 3 meters by 2 meters for set-up and movement. Any parking charges will be added to the final bill, wear possible clients are to arrange parking/instructions in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Treatment Appointments Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your appointment can be made free of charge. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment will incur a 75% late cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will be charged the full fee (100%). Please note that refunds, transfers, or exchanges cannot be offered due to illness or other personal circumstances, as your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you and cannot be filled at short notice.
