Discover your skin’s unique needs with a personalised 30-minute analysis led by Naomi, an expert skin therapist. Meet in person or online via Zoom to discuss your concerns, goals, and receive tailored advice plus Eve Taylor product recommendations. Consultation fee is redeemable against a £30 product spend (excluding postage).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Treatment Appointments Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your appointment can be made free of charge. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment will incur a 75% late cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will be charged the full fee (100%). Please note that refunds, transfers, or exchanges cannot be offered due to illness or other personal circumstances, as your appointment time has been specifically reserved for you and cannot be filled at short notice.
