Service Description
Full day from 10 am to 4.30 pm based on one therapist delivering 15-minute seated massages. The price includes breaks and travel. You will be invoiced separately after a full quotation. If you would like more than one therapist, an evening or weekend, please message via the enquiry form with more details. This is a request when selecting your chosen date and time. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the request to confirm whether we have a therapist available. Please provide alternative dates and times in the booking notes to be considered.
Cancellation Policy
Workplace Service – Cancellation & Payment Policy Cancellations & Changes Cancel or amend your appointment at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges. Changes or cancellations within 7 days of the appointment will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before, or no-shows, will be charged the full fee. Once a service has started, no refunds, transfers, or exchanges are available. Any requested amendments must be confirmed in writing; additional costs may apply. If changes are required due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you and aim to minimise disruption. Payment Terms Full fees are due once the quotation has been accepted within 14 days or 7 days of the service being provided, whichever comes sooner. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate. Non-payment may result in suspension of services or cancellation of future bookings. All payments must be made in British Pounds and in full, without deductions.
