This Returns Policy applies to products purchased from Pure Rejuvenation online or in person.
1. Your Right to Return (Online Purchases)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

2. Hygiene and Safety Exemptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened skincare products

Used oils or creams
-
Products sealed for hygiene purposes once unsealed

Personal care items where the seal has been broken
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are:

Not as described

Not fit for purpose
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you believe an item is faulty.
4. In-Person Purchases
Items purchased in person are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We do not offer refunds for unwanted in-person purchases unless the item is faulty.
5. Refunds
Where a return is approved:

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

6. How to Return an Item
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us

We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide return instructions.
Step 2 — Package the Item
Please ensure the item is:

Unused

In its original packaging

In a resalable condition

Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Step 3 — Send the Item Back
Once approved, return the item to the address provided in our reply email.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 4 — Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
