1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be longer during busy periods.
2. Delivery

We use trusted postal or courier services

We are not responsible for delays outside our control

Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us.
3. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
Pure Rejuvenation is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage)

Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery (for missing items)
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Click & Collect (By Appointment Only)
Pure Rejuvenation offers Click & Collect for selected orders.

Collection is by appointment only

You will be notified when your order is ready within 1- 2 Working days.

Collection details and time slots will be arranged by email

Please do not attend without confirmation
Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
We may request proof of purchase and/or photo ID at collection.
6. Local Delivery — Mayland Area
We offer local hand delivery within Mayland and nearby areas where available.
6.1 Delivery arrangements

Local delivery is carried out by car

Delivery days and times will be agreed in advance

Someone must be available to receive the order

We may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window
6.2 If no one is available
If no one is available at the agreed time:

We may attempt redelivery

An additional delivery fee may apply

Alternatively, the order may be returned to Click & Collect status

6.3 Delivery area
Local delivery is currently limited to Mayland and the immediate surrounding areas.
We reserve the right to decline local delivery requests outside this area.
6.4 Risk and responsibility
Risk passes to you once the order has been:

handed to you, or
-
left in a safe place at your request
