This Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, classes, courses and product orders with Pure Rejuvenation.
We understand that plans can change and aim to apply this policy fairly and compassionately.
Our Commitment to Fair Scheduling
When you book an appointment, class or course with Pure Rejuvenation, you are reserving dedicated time with your therapist or instructor.
We operate on an appointment-based schedule, and late cancellations or missed sessions often cannot be filled at short notice.
Our cancellation policy is therefore designed to:

allow sufficient time for other clients to book

protect the therapist’s/ instutors professional time

support the sustainability of our small independent business

ensure fairness to all clients seeking appointments

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellation notice

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your appointment will be made free of charge.

Cancellations made between 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment will incur a 75% late cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to subsequent clients and will be charged the full appointment fee.
Please note that refunds, transfers or exchanges cannot be offered for missed or late-cancelled appointments, including due to illness or personal circumstances, as your appointment time has been specifically reserved and cannot usually be filled at short notice.

Mobile home & hotel Visits
Mobile appointments require additional travel time, preparation and scheduling. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
We understand that plans can sometimes change and kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellation notice
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a mobile treatment appointment.
If you provide:

More than 48 hours’ notice — no charge
-
Between 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment — 50% late cancellation fee
-
Less than 24 hours’ notice, no-show, or no access on arrival — 100% of the appointment fee
If therapist travel has already commenced at the time of cancellation, reasonable travel costs may be retained.
Access and venue readiness
For mobile appointments, the client is responsible for ensuring:
-
safe and suitable access to the property
-
adequate space for the treatment setup
-
parking arrangements where required
-
someone is present at the agreed time
If we are unable to provide the treatment due to a lack of access or an unsuitable environment, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Private Group Bookings (Friends, Couples & Small Private Groups)
This section applies to private group bookings made by individuals for personal or social purposes, of 3 or more indivials including (but not limited to):

friends booking together

hen parties
-
small private baby groups
-
home pamper gatherings
Cancellation notice
We require at least 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule a mobile group appointment.
If you provide:

More than 7 days’ notice — a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Between 7 days and 48 hours before your appointment — 50% late cancellation fee
-
Less than 48 hours’ notice, no-show, or no access on arrival — 100% of the appointment fee
If therapist travel has already commenced at the time of cancellation, reasonable travel costs may be retained.
Changes to group size
If your group size changes:
-
please notify us as soon as possible
-
we will try to accommodate reasonable adjustments
-
price adjustments may apply where therapist time or resources change
We reserve the right to revise timings or therapist allocation if numbers change significantly.
Unsuitable environment (mobile groups)
For home or venue-based group bookings:
-
a safe, clean and suitable space must be provided
-
adequate room for equipment and therapist movement is required
-
parking and access must be available
If the environment is unsuitable on arrival, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.

For mobile group appointments, the client is responsible for ensuring:

Courses, Master classes & Workshops
This section applies to workshops by individuals for personal or social purposes, including (but not limited to):

Private / couples massage workshops

Educational master classes/ workshops
Places in courses, master classes, workshops and private group sessions are limited and reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cooling-off period
If you cancel your booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation (with the day of booking counted as Day 1), you are entitled to a full refund without giving any reason, provided the workshop has not already begun.
we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any cancellations or significant changes.
Please note that this notice period is calculated from the date your booking is confirmed on the website.
Where the required notice period is not provided:
-
the booking deposit is non-refundable, and
-
the deposit is non-transferable to another date.
If the workshop is scheduled to take place within the 14-day cooling-off period and you choose to proceed, you acknowledge that:
-
you have requested the service to begin, and no refunds or transfers will be offered.
After the 14-day cooling-off period

Up to 14 days before your workshop — full refund or transfer to an alternative date minus deposits

Between 14 days and 7 days before — 50% late cancellation fee or transfer offered

Less than 7 days’ notice or no-show — 100% of the fee retained
Minimum participant numbers
Courses, Master classes, and Workshops are subject to minimum participant numbers.
Pure Rejuvenation reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel a workshop if minimum booking numbers (typically 4 participants) are not met.
Where this occurs, you will be offered:

a transfer to an alternative date, or
-
a full refund of the workshop fee
Pure Rejuvenation is not liable for any additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation or childcare.
Once the workshop has started
Once a workshop or course has commenced:
-
no refunds
-
no transfers
-
no exchanges
will be offered.

This policy applies to corporate, workplace wellbeing, and group bookings made by businesses or organisations.
Cancellations & Changes
Corporate and workplace bookings require planning, therapist allocation and reserved time.
Please provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or amend your booking.
The following charges apply:

More than 14 days’ notice — no cancellation fee

Within 14 days of the appointment — 50% of the booking fee payable

Less than 7 days’ notice — 100% of the booking fee payable
Once a service has commenced, no refunds, transfers or exchanges are available.
All requested amendments must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to availability and additional costs.
If changes are required due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you as soon as possible and aim to minimise disruption.
Minimum numbers and operational changes
Workplace sessions are planned based on the agreed schedule and participant numbers.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to therapist allocation, timings or format where attendee numbers change significantly.
